We only request the minimal amount of information required for the service to operate. Practically, this means that we only need your email address, that can be masked using email aliases. Using masked email addresses, you can securely authenticate in the service and receive notifications when recruiters would like to start a conversation.

We use top-notch data privacy technologies and best practices under the hood as well. Your profile will be hard deleted from our platform 60 days after your last activity on the platform or immediately upon your request. Your conversations with recruiters are encrypted end-to-end using PGP and are automatically deleted 30 days after the last message is sent or immediately if you decide to stop it. If you need to share sensitive information like your email address, phone number, or LinkedIn profile with recruiters, you can do it securely using our integrated one-time access links.

What information do I need to share in my profile?

You only need to provide information that enables recruiters to find your profile when a job opportunity matches your skills and interests. We don’t ask for any personally identifiable information, such as name, address, or phone number. We also don’t ask for information that can introduce bias into the recruitment process. We won’t ask for your gender, age, ethnicity, family status, or any other information irrelevant to your existing or desired occupation. Our focus is on your skills, experience, and interests.
